Use of qt777 is strictly limited to natural persons who satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during active use of the platform:

• The individual is at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on qt777.
• The individual has the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and is not under any legal disability that would prevent them from using a gambling service.
• The individual is not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of qt777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• The individual is accessing qt777 voluntarily and is not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or court order that would prohibit participation in gambling activities.

qt777 directs its services primarily at players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using qt777 is lawful in their jurisdiction. qt777 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. To open a qt777 player account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information qt777 may require from time to time for identity verification purposes. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. qt777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued identification document. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from re-registering on the platform.

• Each player may maintain only one (1) player account on qt777. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts in excess of one will be closed, and any balances or pending bonuses across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture without notice.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qt777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• You must notify qt777 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. qt777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending the outcome of that investigation. qt777 is not liable for any losses incurred prior to the report of unauthorised access.

qt777 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in accordance with its internal compliance framework. qt777 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, upon a change of personal details, or in response to any suspicious account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by qt777 may result in account restrictions or suspension until verification is complete. qt777 processes all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

qt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information; suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software; failure to complete KYC verification within the required period; conduct that qt777 reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the platform's commercial interests. A player may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligation owed by the player to qt777.

qt777 accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of deposit, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by qt777 and may vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit is ৳100. qt777 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and deposit limits at any time with or without advance notice. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. qt777 does not accept third-party deposits. Attempting to deposit using a payment account belonging to another person constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance following confirmation of successful payment from the relevant payment provider. qt777 is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's bank, mobile financial service provider, or network conditions beyond qt777's reasonable control.
• Deposits made to qt777 are for the sole purpose of funding gambling activity on the platform. qt777 accounts are not e-wallets or financial accounts; they do not accrue interest, and funds held in a qt777 account are not covered by any financial services compensation scheme.
• qt777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is received from an unverified or flagged payment source, or if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent or otherwise improper origin of the funds.

A player may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have passed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of identity verification.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be satisfied in full before funds subject to that requirement can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not subject to any wagering requirement may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a bonus offer, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus. The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered by qt777 unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus may be claimed once per eligible player unless the specific offer explicitly states that multiple claims are permitted. Claiming a bonus multiple times by exploiting multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus will be set out in the terms of that bonus offer. • Bonuses are available in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) only. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Upon expiry of a bonus offer window or upon account closure, unclaimed bonus funds will lapse without value.
• qt777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. qt777 also reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including where qt777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers rather than for genuine entertainment purposes.

New players who register a qt777 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 100% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance following confirmation of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to the wagering requirements set out in the specific welcome bonus terms displayed at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player and is not available to players who have previously held a qt777 account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qt777 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform:

• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on qt777.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event on the platform, including but not limited to match-fixing, chip dumping in poker formats, or coordinated betting activity designed to exploit a market vulnerability.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity. qt777 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other material information to qt777, or using the account of another person without their explicit authorisation.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, qt777 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. qt777's decision in relation to game malfunctions is final. No compensation will be paid beyond the return of the original wager amount. Players who attempt to exploit a known or suspected technical malfunction for financial gain will be subject to account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings obtained as a result of the malfunction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qt777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. qt777's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, qt777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active players via the platform or by notification to the registered contact details on the player's account. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available on the qt777 Terms & Conditions page. If a player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects. All communications between qt777 and players, including dispute resolution correspondence, shall be conducted in English.
